Applied online and had a initial telephonic interview.I was interviewed by a group.They asked me about my past experience and my role in my last project.They also asked some technical question on Oracle and unix.

Initial interview was over the phone. Had an in-person interview that was fairly straight forward. I was coming in as a backup to a current contractor via the same staffing agency, so a lot of the rigamarole was bypassed.
