phone interview was quick. I am actually just writing this so I can view the other interview questions. I don't know why glassdoor requires you to make comments, I mean what if you are just trying to look things up.
Not too many rounds, but I was asked questions like "tell me about a time when," at every round. They mainly seemed to be looking for impacts being made and results.

Tell me about a time when you implemented an idea.
It was an Online assessment which had unlimited attempts. Four questions where you self recorded yourself. Questions were about why you want to work there, what you bring, tell me about yourself, why are you interested.

Very easy process. Hirevue then an HR screener. Two interviews: one with the hiring manager and one with director. All behavioral and expected questions (TMAY, challenge you’ve faced, list competitors)
