interviewer ask a few question, need to draw the pattern from the picture given . nee to sew a sofa cushion with have time limit which is 3 hours . interviewer ask to make an essay abt my goals and what i can contribute to my company

The interview went well, I have provided enough sources for them. They have considered me because of my skill and my abilities. I was also going to the workplace to join the practical test.

Hands-on task, method can be chosen by candidate if applicable. Task took a minimum of 6 hours to complete. Once done, candidate had a short sit down chat with one of the department managers.
