Phonecall with recruiter followed by a number of technical interviews with different managers across the globe. All discussions were very to the point and in a nice atmosphere . Afterwards a visit to a manufacturing plant and further discussions with Human Resources took place.

Super unprofessional, I specifically told her my need of sponsorship in the future and HR said they do sponsorship. Then the recruiter (not even in states, from india) spending 20 mins talking about what if don't get pick in the sponsorship lottery. I said then apply for next year's. Then she said what if you are not selected in 3 consecutive years. I told her that would be less likely to happen but if it does it will cause a break of employment. I said everyone who needs sponsorship works like this. She was so shock and keep asking bizarre questions. Like which city are you in? Told her in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Then she ask "yeah, but which city?'. Lol. The whole interview was so unprofessional and weird.
