Very light process to get the position. Submitted a resume to a contact at the Commission, was then interviewed by several high-ranking people. Asked me general questions about familiarity with futures, swaps, Dodd-Frank, etc. Also, typical behavioral situation-type questions and strengths/weaknesses seemed to be the norm.

Initial screener was straightforward - two interviewers via Zoom. They seemed a bit unprepared for my interview, but everyone was friendly and cordial. No technical questions, more of a get to know you.
