The process begins with an initial phone screen with one of the team members (not HR) and then multiple rounds with the rest of the investment team. The process is exceptionally slow and the team is disorganized. The team was also really disrespectful during the interview (interrupting me during my answers, condescending and showing up late to the interviews) and then promptly ghosted me for the rest of the process. I would not recommend anyone waste their time interviewing here.
