It consisted of being sent a request to complete an online situational test. Next, I was given a phone interview. Then I was contacted to drive along with a current representative to see if I was interested in the type of work that was required. Finally, a panel interview was conducted with different levels of management.

How do you feel about working in the tobacco industry?
Role playing and intense situational strategy questions. A very unusual and trying process.
You are under the microscope for the entire day. It was a learning experience. Some fellow candidates stated they would not do it again.
The first step is a phone interview. Once that was completed I received a call inviting me to an assessment center. There I was put through a role play where I was selling a product to a store owner. Then a panel interview with two upper management personal followed.
