Thank you for taking the time to review your interview experience with CommunicateHealth, and for bringing to our attention the communication gaps that you experienced. This is not how our interview process is designed to work, and we have made recent improvements to the hiring workflow to ensure every candidate receives updates within the expected timelines. We equip each interviewer to answer questions about the duties and expectations of the position – as well as company culture and policies. There are a few topics (like salary) that only dedicated HR staff are prepared to discuss, so this is not usually covered in the first interview.
