First there was telephonic call with HR regarding the job position and current CTC and expected CTC and so on. Then there was a technical round in which 2 technical person took my interview. Questions were mostly from ASP.NET MVC, C# and SQL and the difficulty was moderate. I cleared that round and there was an Technical MCQ test taken remotely and After asking several times to HR I got to know that I cleared the test as well. After couple of days I asked about HR round and then she said that maximum we can offer you is your current salary. This sounded like joke to me because in the initial discussion with HR I told my expected salary then why did she arranged interviews. Total negative experience with Communication crafts HR team. When you can't offer near to expected then why are you wasting time by taking interviews.
