This was the strangest interview process I've ever experienced. I was interviewing with TCB for a total of 3 months, from first interview to final one. Once I got mistakenly rejected by HR, only to be scheduled for another interview the next day. Coordination and communication was awful throughout the process. I was asked to complete multiple in-depth research assignments whose scope sometimes seemed to extend beyond the qualifications/responsibilities outlined in the job description. The instructions were extremely vague and confusing. I had multiple interviews where panelists asked the same or similar questions multiple times. There was a huge lack of clarity on the hiring timeline, and I was left for weeks at a time with no information – I usually had to initiate contact to get information on next steps, in what seemed like a never ending process. Ultimately I got frustrated and accepted a different job, only to get another rejection notice from HR after withdrawing my application. Worst job search experience of my life.
