The first interview was a peer interview which featured team members on the team you would be apart of it. The second part of the interview was an interview with the management team. The management team asked questions in regards to how you would handle yourself in certain situations, they ask about your experience and where do you see yourself going.

Not sure if my experience was typical, but I came in for two interviews: each one with two program managers from different teams. I was asked fairly standard interview questions (career goals, strengths and areas of growth, etc), along with questions about how I would handle specific situations with clients.
