Standard review process involving management team. The prescreening process was through the HR department and then an interview with the Department Manager. This process was standard compared to other companies I have interviewed with in the past.

Very selective. Phone screen and no reply. I have applied over 13 times. Interview screen simple. But it can be tough to land the call. I’m very sad. I will keep trying.
