1st round- screener- had 10mins to read about a student and writing an IEP objective and benchmarks then 30 mins (I think) of rapid fire questioning 2nd round- had to teach a lesson to 3 admin 3rd-met a department member This was because I was hired over the summer. (June) Teachers hired in Aug did not have Kondo all this because school was starting and teachers were needed.
