multiple interviews with several members of the upper management. Each one distinctly different and they really give you a chance to showcase your personality. They ask a lot of questions that pertain to you and the type of person you are.

it was a 3 part session. 1st interview with the contact center managers, which was very traditional. Second interview with HR , again traditional- last interview was with the CEO. Nontraditional & a welcome change!!! He wanted to know you as a person- what makes you - you.
