I applied online. A recruiter then did an initial phone interview. A couple of weeks later, I had an on-site interview. This was because the agents were out of town. I met with two real estate agents from two different teams, both of which the position would be supporting. Everything seemed to go well. The recruiter checked in every now and again to give updates, saying the remaining agents would like to set something up. But I never heard anything for weeks. I even emailed for updates only to receive no reply. It's one thing if I just applied and never heard anything but I had actually phone and on-site interviews. Overall, very disorganized and doesn't leave a good impression of the company.

one email then once zoom then they asked a bunch of questions like where are you from what did you major in what are your likes and dislikes so on and so fourth

The people interviewing me were barely paying attention and seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. Was a very quick process and did not speak to those I would be reporting into.

The interview was fairly straightforward, with a strong focus on behavioural questions like "Tell me about a time you...". However, the final round with the product directors left a poor impression. They appeared visibly disengaged throughout the conversation, frequently multitasking and showing minimal interest in my responses. It felt more like a box-ticking exercise than a meaningful dialogue.
