I was contacted via Hired. Coordinating a phone call was difficult due to their availability, but after a quick recruiter phone call I was sent a karat video interview link for the screener. I was rejected after the karat round, which was disappointing to me because I felt that I could have passed if I spent more time practicing leetcode problems. Notably the interviewer is a karat contractor and not a Compass employee so they're disallowed from speaking about the role/company.
