I had a scheduled interview which I properly planned for, did my research and due diligence, and planned my entire day around. The interviewer no-showed for the interview and did not reply to my follow-up messages. No apology, no offer to reschedule, the recruiter just disappeared (aka ghosted) after scheduling the interview.
As a recruiter, I firmly believe a positive candidate experience can make or break a brand, and set the stage to attract top talent. This was a disappointing experience and total waste of time and one of the main reasons companies struggle getting "A" players.

Easy and straightforward . important to be aligned with the vision . They will ask how your role will fit in with with the larger company . They asked about work experience and difficult situations I have dealt with. The conversation were very relaxed and not rehearsed.

I was reached out to by an internal recruiter and had a screen the next day. I had an offer pending and they expedited my interviews so I was able to meet the team in a timely manner.
