It started with a hiring manager phone call. This then progressed to a technical screen which the manager had said would be a standard coding problem, it was a Leetcode problem (I specifically had asked the hiring manager about this and was ensured it wouldn't be anything crazy). I could hardly understand my interviewer despite my best efforts due to an accent barrier. This was for a front-end role and it was a fairly difficult graph traversal problem. Additionally, it took forever for them to go from resume to screen.
