Contacted by recruiter because of customer service background. Back-to-back remote interviewers seemed to think the interviews were a joke—poor attitude, too casual
and lack of question preparation. Learned there was a large disconnect between recruiter and interviewer.

Do you even know what you are interviewing for? What do you like to do for fun?
Intense for what the job is.. 3 rounds are not necessary. If you have customer service skills you can do this job. It's entry level - they act like you are a C-suite executive.

Very lengthy process with a lot of behavioral based questions. Be sure to have a base knowledge on real estate and the industry itself. It would also help to have a customer success background.

I had 4 interviews. Very long and tedious process. Most employees had at least 4 interviews as well and I think a couple had 5. There were all very customer service/real estate based questions but why so many interviews?
