I went through eight interviews over a two-month time period. The interviews themselves weren't difficult, but it wasn't easy finding time in my work schedule to interview so often. Compass should consider a panel style interview to cut down on individual meetings. By the end of it all, it was laughable when they asked for just one more interview.
