Several phone interviews one in-person. Most comprehensive of all brokerage interviews that I have had. Very professional. I would highly recommend thoroughly preparing. You should have all pertinent productivity numbers ready to refer to.

The whole process was seamless, and professional, I met with 3 people on different teams and the head of sales. Everyone was professional and engaging. I had two rounds in person.

the interview process at compass was pretty generic and straightforward. you have to be able to describe what experience you bring to the table- examples include your sales-closed, skills, background.
