I just managed to make it to first round after being selected on the basis of my online application.
One numerical test, I foud it quite tough especially with mental computation (%, % of %) - similar to GMAT, GRE (without the geometry aspect). One verbal test in which they test both grammar, reading and logic skills (e.g. what would undermine this argument), similar to GMAT and GRE.

In first round we just walked through my CV/previous experience.
What does it take to be a consultant, what are the main competitors, why Compass?
clear cut and easy to follow no real red flags it took a bit longer but these are differences depending on the individual agents and their areas. No real pitfalls or trick questions either.

Entretien
It was a somewhat easy process. Two virtual interviews. Mostly just talking about yourself and your previous achievements. Interviewers are friendly and encouraging. Quick to hear back from and the process was very quick.
Super easy and super nice people. Willing to help out and make sure you know what you have to do and are accepting in helping out or doing something else if you are interested in that.
