recruiter contacted me and had a phone interview. next I met with the hiring manager and we talked a little bit. before I even met with the manager, I had to take a survey kind of test online that lasted about 45 minutes. it was a personality test to see what kind of person I am and what number I rated. I think it was a trimetrix survey. If I knew what it was all about, I would've not done it

Entretien
The interview process can be lengthy and drawn out, involving 3-4 interviews and two online surveys or tests to indicate your DISC and how you deal with challenges. I also had to provide a 30-60-90 day plan to demonstrate my own onboarding strategy. The time it takes to hire is entirely dependent on how desperate they are, as it is an average turnover.
