The process was super easy. They conducted my interview over the phone. It literally took 5 minutes. I was ask about 4/5 question and then informed about the next steps (mandatory training process)
I was asked questions about my knowledge/experience in hospitality then technical questions about handling customer service. The interviewer was nice and the interview did not take too long. I understood every question and the terms and conditions.

Q: What do you think is good formal hospitality dress code?
Smooth and organized. Spoke with HR, then senior management and finally my direct report. Everything took place in a little over two weeks. Everyone was professional and extremely encouraging. Looking forward to contributing.
