It started with an online assessment test which I passed and the final assessment was an online phone call interview that lasted for about an hour . I was asked several questions about why I would love to join compass and also 2 scenario based questions

It was good and the Interviewers were a great sport
They didnt make me feel like i was in a serious interview rounds and i am under pressure which halped me focus more on my answers
