Panel interviews can be intimidating, but Sandy, Laura and Dustin were engaging, warm and answered all my questions. The interview felt like a conversation, Laura brought examples of some of the projects I would be working on, and described how she thought my past experience would translate into the role. We discussed my experience and past roles. I heard back from them the following day. There was a background check, but it came back the day after it was submitted.
