Horrible Candidate experience! HR is using an external recruiter. Completed initial interview and was then asked to complete an exercise. Was completely ghosted after taking time to complete the exercise even after following up. Hope whoever they hire can help them to improve their candidate experience as its clear the current team doesn't know what they're doing.
