The interview process at CIWF was well-structured and transparent. From the beginning, I was informed about the different stages and what to expect at each phase. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the purpose of each step was well explained. Overall, it was a smooth and respectful experience.

Question 1
One of the stages included a role-playing exercise, where I was asked to simulate a conversation with a company to introduce CIWF and present its solutions for the food business sector. This practical task gave me a good sense of the role and how the organization approaches external engagement.
