First I received an email that I was a qualified candidate and had to check off adjectives describing myself. After that got a rejection email that I was no longer qualified. Never had a conversation with anyone.

It began by my having to check off boxes with adjectives that describe myself. One option was "fashionable". I am not sure how this is relevant to the position. I did not pass this portion to make it to the next level in the process.
