Our website is geared towards clients, therefore it is our advertisements that contain all the information about our opportunities.
We do endeavour to complete our appointments on time, however as we are sure you can appreciate there are some days when things crop up that impacts running times. We would like to apologise for your wait.
The initial meeting is simply a brief and informal chat to allow us to meet with applicants in person, to get to know more about their experience, and goals for the future. This should have been explained on the phone and in the email correspondence you received. We apologise if you were expecting something different.
We are very much a people business and we like to get a good feel for people's personalities and hobbies in the initial meeting to find out whether they would be a good fit.
We are sorry to hear that you were unable to make the second appointment as we believe if you had done so your concerns would have been laid to rest. We are very surprised to hear that you did not get a reply to any calls or emails and we will certainly investigate this.
