So far I have just conducted the initial screening with Raul. I must say I have NEVER spoken with someone that broke the ice in such a way that you already feel apart of the team. Raul was fully transparent about the role and the expectations. He was more so looking for the right fit for us both as opposed to simply filling the position. The nerves I had initially were gone within the first few minutes of our conversation. If the rest of the process is this welcoming I think this will be an awesome place to work.
