Entretien
Applied through email after seeing a job posting on their website. They follow up with email for initial interview. You go to their office where they explain the company organization, job benefits, company products, work environment, etc. Then they ask you some behavioural questions. Everything is very relaxed and friendly.

Entretien
The interview was laid back and they just asked about relevant experience and questions regarding resume. Overall it was a fairly easy interview. It took about 3 weeks to hear back from the interview, but other than that overall was a positive experience.

Easy questions. Mostly conversational. Very little coding.
Company dealt with mostly Java at the time. General questions about interests, what brought me to the company, etc. Explained the software stack and was very open about the requirements of the job.
