At the Rockville location, you will have 5 separate interviews with each of the department managers. None of them will have read your resume beforehand. The president is a woman who will ask strange and personal questions about your family. All of them are reasonably friendly but also all of them are kind of dumb and are not the kind of people you would want to hang out with after work. They are disinterested and seem to be checked-out mentally.
