First are 2 sets of exams. First is about logic. Second is more one vocabulary, IQ, reasoning and quantitative subjects.
The interview part is somewhat easy as it was very basic - skills and personality and why. There is only one interview. To successfully enter the company, a 3-year bond is required to be signed.
