No individual interview. Briefing of the company as a group and divided into groups of 4-5 to do a presentation. There was also a computer test, testing your attention to detail and work accuracy.

There was a phone screening interview with hiring manager asking about general background questions, it was fairly short about thirty minutes. Allowed time for me to ask questions. Asked some general experience type questions and behavioral questions.
