J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Con Edison (Long Island City, NY) en mars 2018
Entretien
I went to take the aptitude test after they had included in the email a study guide that seemed very basic. The actual test was much more difficult, comparable to an SAT in terms of difficulty, as well as the timed sections aspect of it. I felt a bit misled on the difficulty of the test, thinking it would be as simple as the study guide. I ended up failing.

Entretien
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.
