I cold emailed my professor for a thesis-based Master's. I was given a coding test and written report on a paper and then an interview. In the interview I was asked why Concordia?
Over Zoom during COVID, the prof was very excited and high energy so the interview process went smoothly. Lasted over 40 minutes. You get your turn to ask questions at the end.
