It is an video interview. Before you are even given an offer they want to view your workspace. The interviewer sent an email saying that he wanted to view my workspace. Along with the entire area around it. He even said of what is not allowed in the workspace (pens, pencils, paper, and phones) before he even interviewed me. The video interview consisted of basic questions. The company does not pay or reimburse you for internet and phone service. Very low pay.
