I emailed my resume to the HR person and was notified by phone to schedule an interview. I interviewed with the head of the department and then met with the person who was second in charge of the department. They asked about my grades in college and overall it was a very easy process.

Met with a manager first who didn't have a copy of my resume with him and did not seem to have read it carefully as he asked questions that were clearly explained on my resume.
I had to provide him with a copy of my resume...
After discussing salary 35,000 w/ benefits and 37,000 w/out benefits there was absolutely no negotiation and was told "The company would go out of business if I gave everyone what they wanted." There is no overtime pay.
He also talked about GlassDoor reviews (without me bringing up the topic) and told me not to take what is written on the site as factual; he almost seemed in denial when I asked him about low retention rates afterwards.
After meeting with him (he had to leave to go do something more important...) I met with two other individuals who were below him and was asked some basic questions about experience and report writing. These two seemed more prepared but were not able to answer some questions that the first manager could have answered for me if he had not left.
Also one of the two interviewers abruptly left the interview in the middle of it, without excusing himself, and returned later; resulting in him not hearing some of the responses to the question asked by the now lone interviewer.
They already knew where I lived because Indeed informs them of this information. I did not know that and was shocked to hear they learned where I would be commuting from because asking candidates where they live could be interpreted as a way to discriminate based on their location and is therefore illegal.

Question 1
The very first question I was asked by the first manger I met was: "So you are still on your parents insurance?"

One day of interview that lasted a few hours. Met with senior staff and discussed my background, what they were looking for, the kind of work they do, the clients they serve, their expectations, average tenure, and safety requirements. Never met with any of my to be colleagues, only my supervisors. The supervisors gave what appeared to be an accurate description of what to expect.
