I applied then about a week later I had a phone interview. The phone interview was quick and easy. However, the in person interview took 7 hours to complete and talked with 7 different people. It was a lot of information all about the job description of the people interviewing me but no much about the position itself. They expected me to answer the same questions in 7 different ways. For the whole 7 hours never once did they ask if I was thirsty or had to use the restroom. They just kept going. I even asked questions about the position I was interviewing for they vaguely answered the questions.

Began with phone screening then was brought in for in person interview with multiple people including the head of the department, several managers and other leadership. It wAs a long interview.
