Job requirements were strictly based on Agile and its methodologies specially Scrum. But the interviewer doesn't have the required knowledge of Scrum instead he has merged Scrum with traditional project management concepts. He was clearly violating Scrum and Agile values. So how could a person doesn't have knowledge of agile can conduct the interview for Agile or Scrum, Really a joke

It took series of sessions to take to the final round and then they take time to internal approvals or decisions.. so even if the decision comes out positive, the resources wouldnt wait this long.
