Screen-share programming interview; technical 1-2-1 video call interviews; followed by a technical presentation of a SaaS product; followed by general technical discussions.
Finally a personality / team-fit interview.
I was interviewing for a remote role, so took the option to do screen-sharing / video-calls - this worked well for me.
