1st round - screening by the recruiter
2nd round- hiring manage
3rd round -spoke to various people in the company that this role will work with
4th round - deal desk director
I could say i'm initially very impress by the promptness of the recruiter. And overall the company left a very positive impression on me.
Unfortunately i'm not selected for the role. And what is disappointing is the recruiter ghosted on me after i asked for feedback after the 4th round of interview. I only came to know that the role is no longer available when i see that the job posting is no longer on their website and LinkedIn.
I guess having come so far in the interview, it's a form of courtesy to at least inform candidate that they are not selected for the role.
Something for the team to improve on going forward.
