I had 1 test and 2 interviews and after all that still had an Assessment Centre to attend to, had to pay two flying tickets as the first assessment got cancelled. After doing the Assessment they told me they would notify me with an answer and the answer I received was a no-reply automatic email with a no, which I don't mind at all if it was the first interview, but after spending more than 2 months on this hiring process it felt like nothing, remind you that I had to pay for 2 flying tickets because of the organization they had with the position filling. I would like to have a better answer even if it's a no, as I spent quite a lot of time and effort on this... Very disappointing end.

There was an initial videocall with one person of the hiring team, followed by an in-person meeting. During the meeting, the company provided an overview, we were around 20-30 candidates, we were divided into teams for a role-play exercise. In this exercise, we were tasked with creating a presentation for a customer and presenting it in front of three members of the hiring team.
