I had a very nice interview experience with Congruent. Interviewer explained everything about the company and projects at first and then he went for technical discussion, We discussed about the project i worked on, there's no scripted pre written questions, we discussed everything from the project and he asked questions on the same and resume. There's only one technical round with the gentleman who listens to you carefully and asks the questions. Next is the HR round she was so much delightful and transparent about the company. I'm so happy that i was part of this interview. I didn't have 2nd thought other than accepting the offer. Thrilled to work here.
