Starts with a phone interview. Second round is a series of timed personality tests, and a wonderlic test at a nearby PC, and a 1-on-1 interview with the PC manager. 3rd round (if applicable) includes the PC manager, Division Manager, and potentially another manager.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.
