Talked with a recruiter at career fair, got called within a week for interview. Drove an hour to the interview, the interview consisted of the manager asking me if i had any questions about the position. I asked a question and he started to answer... but his phone rang and he answered it and that concluded the interview. Not very professional in my opinion. After the "interview" I took about 1.5 hours of tests that were much like the ones you take in high school to determine your best career fit. Unprofessional and inefficient.

Had 4 interviews, a test, an in-person, and a reference check. Spent about 5 hours interviewing and never heard back from anyone ever again, completely ghosted with no feedback. Says a lot about the org.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.

Fairly basic, asked questions more about where I see myself in the future instead of previous experience. Problem solving questions at the end that were not applicable to the role. Laid back experience, nice enough guy interviewing me
