I had a phone screening, and then a virtual interview with two people. They asked really interesting questions about early college and high school which surprised me. They were really good at making me feel comfortable. Felt like talking to old friends!

The interview process was pretty basic, however, the system they use makes you reenter your entire resume onto the site. This is pretty time-consuming and feels unnecessary. The questions they asked in the in-person interview were pretty straightforward.
