The interview process was very clear and straight forward since the very first screening call. HR explained the company, role and next steps clearly.
After a couple of virtual interview with different team members I was invited to participate in a payed trial week. This have me (and them) the chance to take a sneak peak on what the role and the company would be.

The process was too protracted; I met with the recruiter, the hiring manager, a cross functional partner, two possible colleagues, a senior Executive, the recruiter again, the hiring manager again, and then had a week-long trial project. The whole process took nearly 8 weeks; to jump through all those hoops and then get a rejection email with no further clarification was not the best experience.

Entretien
Great process. Interviews are conversational and pleasant. They really focus on experience and how you could be a good fit for the company. Very standard in my opinion, as it would be to come to as an interview
