I completed three interview rounds with different team members and also submitted a written task. After that, I never heard back. I followed up multiple times with no response. The process felt unstructured and disrespectful of candidates’ time. If you value clear communication and a professional hiring process, be cautious, this was a frustrating waste of time

Avoid if you're serious about growing in sales. I was a strong candidate from the start — this was clear to every sales person I spoke with. In the first interview, I was told the hiring process would involve 3 steps, all completed within 2 weeks. I was also told they had more inbound leads than they could handle, and those would be passed on to me. In the second interview, things changed. I was told it was a 4-step process and that the role was entirely outbound, which was the opposite of what I heard before. The interviewer also had no idea what was discussed in my first interview. After that, I didn’t hear back for over 2 weeks. I followed up and eventually had a third interview — but it was a repeat of the second one, with the same questions and process. Again, the person I spoke with had no clue about my previous interviews. They had said my salary expectations were within budget, but later it seemed that wasn’t the case. It’s now been 2 months and I’ve had zero follow-up. Overall, the process was disorganized, full of mixed messages, and felt like a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re looking for real direction and honesty in your sales career.
